I ordered four mugs on 16th December hoping they might arrive before Christmas but realising it was a busy time for Robert Gordon Australia. The order did not arrive and I was unable to make contact until the office reopened on 6th January. During those three weeks there was no notification of order being shipped so I rang on 6th January to tell the customer service representative that I had had to purchase the Robert Gordon mugs elsewhere and to request a refund of amount paid. The representative was very courteous and helpful and said she would look into the matter. Some time later I received a call to say that the refund had been processed. I appreciated the efficient way the matter was handled. I checked my bank account a little while ago and the money has already been deposited. Thank you!
