Shipping Information

We send orders via Australia Post,  Australia Wide. Shipping information will be given once your order is dispatched. 

Retail customers:

Home & Living Collection orders valued at over $100 receive free shipping Australia Wide. Orders under this amount will have freight calculated at checkout.
Interiors Collection orders are charged freight as follows;
$15 Flat rate for shipping within Australia for colour chip orders.
$25 Flat rate for shipping within Australia wall hooks and accessories.
$25 per item for Basins, Wall Lights, Lamps and Pendant Lights.
Orders are dispatched with Australia Post - You will receive a tracking number once your order is dispatched. 
Workshop and Paint Your Own purchases in our Outlet that require postage will be charged separately. We use Australia Post and Startrack for most deliveries around Australia, and Borders Express for business deliveries.

International shipping:

Freight is calculated based on the items in your cart. We use DHL for international Shipping. You will receive a tracking number once your order is dispatched. Please allow 7-10 days for delivery once dispatched.
Please note that import duties and tariffs are not included in the price. Please check your local government website for information on your local charges. 

Wholesale customers:

Shipping is charged at Borders Express rates.
We ship your items in boxes that are designed to protect your purchases. For this reason, we recommend you keep the original packaging at least 14 days after receiving your order.

Lead Times:

Stocked ranges from our Home & Living collection are usually shipped within 2 business days of orders being received. Australian Made collection, such as our Interiors collection, and Australian Made Mugs and Dinnerware are handmade to order, please allow up to 6 weeks for your items to arrive following payment.
If you have ordered a mix of stocked and made to order items, your stocked items will be shipped first, and your handmade pieces will be shipped once all complete. If all items in your order are already in stock, they will be dispatched within 2-4 business days.

Once your order has been dispatched, please check tracking for estimated arrival. As a guide please allow as below;

VIC Metro: 2 working day

VIC Country: 2-3 working days

NSW: 2-5 working days

QLD: 3-8 working days

SA: 2-4 working days

WA: 5-10 working days

NT: 7-10 working days

ACT: 3 working days

TAS: 5-12 working days (conditions apply for TAS)
