Brosa + Friends Christmas Competition Terms & Conditions
The Promoter is Brosa Design Pty Ltd ABN 47 166 783 491 ("Brosa Design", "Brosa") of 179 Johnston Street, Fitzroy VIC 3065. Entrants cannot enter multiple times. Entrants must complete the competition entry mechanism on the landing page linked via all media and promotion of the competition. Entrants must be residents of Australia. Competition is open from 06:00am (AEST) on 03/12/2020 to 21/12/2020 at 11.59pm (AEST). This is a game of skill, so each entry will be judged on its accuracy, creativity and ingenuity. Based on these criteria the Promoter will determine the most accurate and interesting winner. The Prize will be judged at 179 Johnston Street, Fitzroy VIC 3065 at 12.00pm on 22/12/2020. The winning Prize contains products:
Brosa furniture product valued at $1,000 RRP (per winner)
Vino Mofo alcohol product valued at $250 RRP (per winner)
Robert Gordon tableware product valued at $250 RRP (per winner)
Nourished Life wellness product valued at $250 RRP (per winner)
Mosey Me table linen product valued at $250 RRP (per winner)
The total value of the first prize is $2,000 + delivery. The total value of the second prize is $2,000 + delivery. The Prize includes delivery costs. The Prize cannot be exchanged for cash, gift cards or any other form of credit. The winner of the Prize will be contacted via email and announced on Brosa Design social media channels on 23/12/2020. The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current Australian data protection legislation and will be disclosed to the parties above. By entering the competition the entrant agrees to the addition of their email to databases of Brosa, Vino Mofo, Robert Gordon, Nourished Life and Mosey & Me, and opts in to all marketing communication. If the prize is unclaimed within 30 days of the winner being announced the unclaimed Prize will fall to the next. This unclaimed Prize draw will be conducted at 179 Johnston Street, Fitzroy VIC 3065 at 12.00pm on 23/01/2021. The winner of the unclaimed Prize draw will be contacted via email and announced on Brosa Design social media on 22/01/2021. No refunds or exchanges are applicable for the Prize at any time. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the value of the prize (or part thereof). Entry to this competition is open to all Australian residents, excluding employees and their immediate families of the Promoter and its related companies. To enter Brosa competitions, entrants must complete all entry mechanisms and entries must be received by the Promoter by the specified closing date. If any prize is unavailable, for whatever reason, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize for a prize of equal or greater value.
